"Pretty good, but the shipping hurt my soul a little"
Overall, I’m happy with it, but wow, the shipping cost felt a bit higher than I expected. Not a dealbreaker or anything, but I definitely stared at it for a second like, “Really?” Still okay in the end though.

"pretty fast shipping overall"
my order from aquarium co-op got here faster than i thought it would. the tracking updated like it should, and everything was packed up fine. it did show up one day later than the first estimate, but it wasn’t a big deal. overall, i’m happy with how quickly it shipped and i’d order from them again.

Checking out was easy and didn’t make things more complicated than they needed to be. No random errors popped up, the shipping options were clear, and I was finished in about a minute. that’s how checkout should be.

"Worked well once I got the dosing right"
I’ve been using the Aquarium Co-Op fertilizer for a few weeks, and from what I can tell, it’s made a noticeable difference in my tank. My swords and stem plants look healthier, the color seems better, and I’m seeing new growth come in faster than it was before.

I’m giving it 4 stars because I did have to mess with the dosing a little. I started getting some algae at first, but once I backed off the amount, everything settled down. Overall, I’m happy with it and I’d keep using it

"The staff actually know what they're talking about"
I had a few questions about plants and fish, and the staff gave me really clear answers, like, answers that actually helped. It felt more like talking to people who keep tanks themselves, not someone just reading off a script.

"Good rewards if you order often"
Bought from Aquarium Co-Op a few times now, and the loyalty points are actually useful. Not one of those rewards things you sign up for and then never think about again.

Really nice getting a little money off later, especially when grabbing fish food, plants, or random supplies. Adds up fast when you keep needing small stuff for the tank.

Only giving 4 stars because I do wish the rewards were a little easier to spot at checkout sometimes. Still a good value if you shop there more than once.

"They usually have the stuff I’m looking for"
I’ve ordered from Aquarium Co-Op a handful of times now, and the thing that sticks in my head is that they actually have what I need in stock. I know I’ve picked up plants, fish food, a couple meds, and some random little parts… I’m probably forgetting half of it. But I do remember getting tired of other sites always saying sold out, so this has been a nice change. Checkout was easy too. So far, I’ve been happy with them.

"Support handled it the right way"
I had a question about my order and support got back to me quickly. Their reply was clear, friendly, and didn’t feel like some copy-paste answer, which I really appreciated. It did take a little back and forth to get everything sorted out, but i think what matters is that they stayed helpful and followed through. That’s the right way to treat customers, and overall I’m happy with how they handled it...

"Arrived on time, but the box had seen better days"
My order showed up right on schedule, which I appreciated because I was trying to get everything put away before dinner. The items themselves were totally fine, but the packaging wasn’t the best. The box was a bit banged up on one corner, and one of the bags had slid around inside quite a bit, like it had taken a little road trip of its own. Nothing spilled or got ruined, so no major complaints there. I just expected it to be packed a little more securely. Overall, it was okay, just not perfect.

"Easy to trust this shop"
I’ve ordered from Aquarium Co-Op a handful of times now and it’s always been smooth. I get the receipt and shipping emails right away, everything shows up when they say it will, and the products look just like what’s on the site. It’s one of those places I don’t have to second-guess before ordering.

"Helped My Fish Bounce Back"

I picked these up for my tanks and everything showed up in good shape. The plants looked healthy right out of the package, and the sponge filter feels sturdy too. If you’re setting up or refreshing a tank, I’d say this is a solid option to check out.

I emailed them about my betta tank because my fish wasn’t doing great, and they gave me a clear answer that was easy to follow. No pressure to buy anything, just simple things to check and fix. I watched a few of their videos too, and once I made the changes, my betta started doing a lot better. Easy 5 stars from me.
